Structure

Folders inside folders, as deep as the work goes

Filio doesn't force a flat list on you. Nest a folder per client, per site, per year — whatever shape your business already has.

  • Unlimited nesting

Open a folder and create another one inside it. Breadcrumbs at the top always tell you where you are.

  • Rename and move

Restructure without losing anything. Documents follow the folder they live in.

  • Search across everything

One search box covers folder names and document names from wherever you are standing.

Two file types

A document for data. An agreement for commitments.

They look alike and behave differently, because a contract is not a list.

  • Documents

Free-form spreadsheets. Add and remove columns whenever you like, type them as you go, sort by any one of them.

  • Agreements

The same grid, plus a reminder column type that fires a notification on the expiry date you set. Use it for leases, licences, AMCs and renewals.

The editor

A real spreadsheet, built for a thumb

Not a form pretending to be a table. A frozen row index, resizable columns, sorting, undo, and a cell input bar that stays out of the keyboard's way.

  • Built for hundreds of rows

The row index stays pinned while you scroll sideways, so you never lose track of which record you are editing.

  • Find and highlight

Search inside a document and every matching cell lights up, not just the first one.

  • Undo anything

Cell edits, added rows, deleted columns. Nothing is a one-way door.

Seven column types

  • Text
  • Phone Numbertap to call
  • Emailtap to compose
  • Addresstap to open maps
  • Date
  • Added Byfills itself in
  • Agreement Remindernotifies on expiry
Offline first

Edit on site. Sync when you're back.

Basements, warehouses, half a bar of signal on a construction site — the app does not stop working because the network did.

  • Every edit is queued

Changes are written locally and marked pending. You keep working; nothing waits on a spinner.

  • Sync is automatic

The queue drains as soon as a connection comes back. A badge tells you exactly what is still outstanding.

  • Cell-level writes

Two people editing different columns of the same row do not overwrite each other.

Sharing

Share a folder and everything inside it goes with it

Permissions are inherited, so you grant access once instead of file by file.

  • Read or edit

Decide per person. Viewers see live data and cannot change a cell.

  • Share a single document

When a folder is too much, share just the one grid.

  • Revoke instantly

Access disappears the moment you remove someone — including on their offline copy, at next sync.

Your team

Add people by email. That's the whole setup.

No seats to provision, no invite codes to circulate. Type an address, pick a role, done.

  • Team Members

Everyone in your organisation, with their role next to their name.

  • Shared With Me

Everything other people have given you access to, in one list.

  • My Shared Files

Everything you have handed out, so you can audit it at a glance.

Safety net

Nothing disappears by accident

Deleting moves an item to Trash. It stays there, intact, until you say otherwise.

  • Restore in one tap

Folders come back with their contents. Documents come back with every row.

  • Permanent is deliberate

Emptying the trash is a separate, explicit action — never a side effect of a mis-tap.

Notifications

It tells you before the deadline does

Push notifications for the things that cost money when they slip.

  • Agreement reminders

Set an expiry date on a reminder column and the app notifies you as it approaches. No calendar to keep in sync.

  • Shared with you

You find out when someone grants you access, not the next time you happen to open the app.

  • Renewal warning

If your own Pro plan is within five days of expiring, Filio says so — clearly, and more than once.

Pricing

One plan. One price. No per-seat maths.

Questions

Before you install

Does it work without internet?

Yes. You can open, read and edit anything you already have. Edits are queued locally and sync automatically the next time you have a connection.

What happens to my data if I stop paying?

Nothing is deleted. Your documents stay where they are — you keep read access, and creating or editing resumes the moment you renew.

Can two people edit the same document?

Yes. Writes happen per cell, so simultaneous edits to different columns of the same row do not overwrite each other.

Is my data private?

Every row is scoped to its owner and the people they have explicitly shared it with, enforced at the database level rather than only in the app.

Is there an iPhone version?

Android is live on the Play Store today. iOS is in progress.

How do I get support?

There is a Help screen inside the app, and you can reach us from the contact page on this site.
